ally velazquez is a cuban-american makeup artist and aspiring monster maker. she was born in miami, florida, on a rainy day in may, and currently resides in brooklyn, ny, while pursuing her long-standing dreams of working in film and tv. her favorite film genre is horror, and she has seen over 300 horror movies to date! however, she is thrilled to work on any genre film or tv set and is hoping to continue taking steps towards joining the union. she also works as a makeup department pa and an fx shop assistant. she most recently worked alongside ann pala williams and bill corso as a makeup pa on grown ups 3! she loves getting to spend time in makeup trailers and shops alike to gain as many learning experiences as possible. to fill the time in between, she enjoys dancing alone in her room, reading fervently, and collecting oddities!
